COMIO Launches budgeted smartphones
COMIO enters the Indian market with the launch of three models of smartphones – S1, P1 and C1.
Another chinese manufacturer into smart phone business, Topwise Communication enters Indian market with budgeted phone to cater mid segment in India,which is very much promising , To keep the Indian consumer in mind, to start with Comio has launched three smartphones with a price band of Rs 5,999 to Rs 15,000.
The brand seeks to cater to the mid-level segment which is the fastest growing smartphone segment in the country.
On the launch, Sanjay Kumar Kalirona, CEO and Director, COMIO India said, “Entering as a new player in the smartphone market, consumer satisfaction and delivering premium quality products are our main strategies to fuel the establishment of COMIO in India. Our clear vision is to be the leader in the mid-segment smartphone category in India and create a strong offline brand.”
The COMIO S1 comes with sports a metal unibody with curved edges and is available in two colour variants – Royal Black and Sunrise Gold. The smartphone has a 13-megapixel Auto focus with flash rear camera and 8-megapixel selfie camera. It is paired with a 5.2-inch HD IPS display, front finger print sensor, 2 GB RAM and a 2700 mAh battery. COMIO P1 is packed with a 5000 mAh battery and all the three smartphones run on a Quad-core 64 bit Mediatek chipset, with 32 GB internal memory and are 4G VoLTE enabled.

The COMIO smartphones will be available at all in certain key retail stores in North India and will be available from third week of September in West India. COMIO will also have an exclusive data tie-up with Reliance Jio , with the recharge of Rs. 309 or above, consumers will get a 5 GB additional data voucher on their handset.
