The deployment of Shipsy’s smart delivery solutions, including real-time delivery tracking and dynamic window planning, will enhance customer transparency and convenience while significantly improving courier efficiency across key regions
Global logistics provider Aramex has signed a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Shipsy, a leading logistics AI platform, in a move aimed at accelerating digital transformation and enhancing last-mile efficiency across its global network.
Through this strategic collaboration, Aramex will leverage Shipsy AI to streamline critical logistics functions, including route optimization, courier productivity, and delivery predictability. The partnership will also support the launch of “Aramex Same Day Delivery” — a new service tailored to meet rising customer expectations for rapid, time-sensitive shipments.
“This partnership is part of our broader commitment to Aramex’s AI integration, enabling smarter, faster, and more sustainable logistics operations,” said Francoise Russo, Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Aramex. “It reflects our focus on reducing operational costs, minimizing carbon impact, and enhancing service quality.”
The deployment of Shipsy’s smart delivery solutions will bring enhancements such as real-time delivery tracking and dynamic delivery window planning. These logistics AI tools are expected to improve customer transparency and convenience, while boosting courier efficiency in key regions.
Driving scalable, smart delivery solutions
As part of the initiative, Aramex is piloting Shipsy’s Workforce and Territory Optimization module to better manage delivery zones and enhance courier productivity — a strategic step to drive cost-effective and scalable Aramex last-mile delivery.
Soham Chokshi, CEO and Co-Founder of Shipsy, commented, “This collaboration demonstrates Aramex’s confidence in our technology and the impact of AI in logistics to deliver measurable outcomes.”
The partnership extends to Aramex India, where the company is preparing to introduce a Virtual Wallet designed for SMEs and prepaid customers. The feature will enable users to load funds and begin shipping immediately, simplifying logistics access for small businesses.
Harsh Kumar, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Shipsy, noted that the initiative supports greater supply chain agility across the Middle East and beyond.
This move aligns with Aramex’s long-term strategy to harness innovation, expand service capabilities, and meet its net-zero emissions target by 2050.
