Bank of Maharashtra gets WhatsApp banking service by Route Mobile
Cloud communication company Route Mobile has enabled WhatsApp banking services for Bank of Maharashtra.
The banking service leverages Route Mobile’s Communications Platform-as-a-Service-solution to provide services to both Bank of Maharashtra’s customers, as well as non-customers, with facilities such as information about the bank's products and services.
The bank said that this will not only enhance customer experience, but will also provide a seamless and personalized experience to all our customers, as well as non-customers.
