Dear Sir, I had purchased a Fjuitsu Note-book A555 Invoice2246884195.pdf. Ref : 2385371817 & Customer id 2304114301 in the Month of January'17, through Paytm, commissioned it in februaruy'17, on receipt found one bright spot on the screen, hardly used for 100 hrs till july'17 & then starting facing & sevier problem with the Hard Disk as well since August'17 I kept trying you Customer care No. but couldn't get, the finally I wrote to your customer on 19th September, was asked for plenty of information's which were provided but no proper response was given after a long persuasion on 9th Oct'17 I got a mail that within 48 hrs, the matter shall be resolved, but till now nothing has happend, only vist of a service person from CMS who checked & noted the problem & gave me a call slip on 25th Oct'17, till then I am waiting for response, have written atleast 5/6 mails but, no response is being given, Now I request you to get my Note Book replaced or make the refund towards the cost immediately as the Screen, Hard disk, USB drives are already faulty & I don't have anymore faith on this notebook now that after any repair work it can be used properly, So you are to do the needful to avoid any further ambiguity & force me to take legal action, which I have already written to your Customer service who is sleeping like an Ostrich.
