Micronet SP912 operates seamlessly in the 2.4GHz frequency spectrum supporting the 802.11b (2.4GHz, 11Mbps) wireless standards. Micronet Wireless LAN Bridge is the best way to add wireless stable to your existing wired network. It has high-transmitted output power and high receivable sensitivity. High output power and high sensitivity can extend range and coverage to reduce the roaming between offices to get more stability wireless connection. It also can reduce the expense of equipment in the same environment.
To protect your wireless connectivity, Micronet can encrypt all wireless transmissions through 64/128-bit WEP data encryption. The MAC address filter lets you select exactly which stations should have access to your network. It has up to nine times coverage of regular multi-client bridge with high output power. It provides high performance for multi-clients via wireless connectivity. It has feature for users transfer data between two buildings or multiple buildings with PTP or PTMP function. Micronet has very simple wiring for power supply and cost saving. Micronet has not any special driver need. It has easy-to-connect your Ethernet device to Wireless.
Some of the other specifications are that it can run on the Operating System (Windows 98SE/me/2000/XP/Vista32). The Wireless Bridge is also enabled with WEP, Password Protection for complete and robust security. Its Data Transfer Rate is 11, 5.5, 2 and 1 Mbps, Auto Fall-Back. The wireless bridge needs the power of 12V DC, 1A and has a dimension of 125 x 105 x 31mm which can be operated in the temperature ranging between 0° C~50° C and in a humidity from 10%~90%, non-condensing.
