The PINCODE app, a hyperlocal e-commerce platform powered by PhonePe, has launched a 24-hour online medicine delivery service in Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune, offering OTC and prescription medications with delivery within 10 minutes from local medical stores.

Unlike traditional models using dark stores, PINCODE partners exclusively with neighborhood pharmacies, revolutionizing the online pharmacy sector by supporting local businesses and ensuring faster deliveries.

For customers without a prescription, PINCODE allows them to add medicines to their cart and choose the 'no prescription' option. Following the order, a qualified doctor provides a free teleconsultation and issues a digital prescription, adhering to telemedicine guidelines, ensuring a seamless and compliant medication purchase process.
