Cyient Strengthens Board with Industry Veterans

 

 

Cyient, a global intelligent engineering and technology solutions company, has announced the appointment of P. R. Ramesh and Dr. Madan Pillutla as Independent Directors to its Board of Directors, reinforcing its focus on corporate governance, innovation, and global growth.

With over four decades of experience, P. R. Ramesh, former Chairman of Deloitte India and a member of the Deloitte Global Board, brings vast expertise in corporate governance, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance. He has collaborated with key institutions such as SEBI, RBI, and IRDA, and currently serves on the boards of Air India, Cipla, L&T, Nestlé India, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, and ITC Hotels.

Dr. Madan Pillutla, Dean and Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Indian School of Business (ISB), previously spent 22 years at the London Business School, holding leadership roles including Deputy Dean of Faculty. His acclaimed research, publications, and executive education programs in leadership, negotiation, and organizational behavior add academic depth and strategic insights to Cyient.
