In a major strategic development, logistics giant Delhivery has announced it will acquire a 99.4% stake in Ecom Express for a total consideration of up to ₹1,407 crore. This move marks a significant milestone in Delhivery’s efforts to scale operations, enhance customer value, and solidify its leadership in India’s competitive logistics and e-commerce delivery ecosystem.
The deal was officially approved by Delhivery’s board of directors on April 5, 2025, and includes the execution of a formal Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) along with other necessary documents.
