“At InstaSafe we first ensure that our Partners are InstaSafe enabled, for which we run various Partner enablement programmes and schemes. By achieving competency on InstaSafe products and solutions, partners can showcase that competency to customers, demonstrating to the end customers. They can also gain access to offers and resources that will help them connect with customers more effectively, improve their customer propositions, and ultimately increase sales and opportunities. When a partner is InstaSafe enabled, it always helps customers to choose the right partner which in turn also helps our partners and vis a vis our business.
As a brand we have always made it a priority to receive constant feedback from our customers and Channel partners. Certain areas of feedback includes, how our channel partners feel about working with us, how we can work on our partner program and make it more beneficial for our partners.
We as a brand take pride in calling ourselves the most transparent organization, with our own employees and channel partners. We also take the help of Partnership Relationship Management (PRM) tool to maintain transparency with the potential opportunities that partners bring. PRM tools remain the biggest enabler platform for partners to refer any sales or marketing collateral they need. As an organization, we always try to be omnipresent with the partner, guide them through pre-sales and post-sales support, we also build transparent GTM and partner strategies that set clear and unbiased expectations.”
