In a move that could redefine how educational institutions engage with technology, Meritto, an education-focused SaaS platform by NoPaperForms Solutions, has launched Mio AI, a suite of autonomous AI agents purpose-built for the education sector. The announcement was made at the Delhi NCR edition of #EvolveByMeritto, held at the Taj Palace, where top education leaders and technology innovators gathered to witness the platform’s debut.

Mio AI is designed to address pressing challenges in the education landscape, including enrollment volatility, growing student expectations, and operational inefficiencies. Rather than serving as a simple automation tool, Mio AI introduces a new paradigm: agentic intelligence—AI that acts proactively and autonomously across the student lifecycle.

Unlike traditional AI tools that rely on prompts or manual triggers, Mio AI agents are embedded natively within Meritto’s vertical SaaS ecosystem. These configurable agents function across enrollment portals, marketing websites, communication channels, and internal workflows. Their goal is not just efficiency, but measurable institutional outcomes—enhanced conversions, improved retention, and smoother operations.
