 
                                Certis, a leading Ops-Tech solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Ng Tian Beng as its new President and Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO), effective April 7, 2025. He succeeds Mr Paul Chong, who will transition to the role of Advisor to the Chairman until his retirement in March 2026.
Ng brings over 25 years of technology sector experience to Certis, with a proven track record in strategic leadership, business expansion, innovation, and stakeholder engagement. His most recent role was Senior Vice President and General Manager for Dell Technologies Asia Pacific and Japan, where he managed partnerships and served as site leader for Dell Singapore. He was also instrumental in Dell's collaboration with Singapore's Economic Development Board (EDB) to develop a Digital Cities vertical.
Throughout his tenure at Dell Technologies since 1998, Ng held various senior leadership positions across Asia Pacific, covering diverse segments including commercial, enterprise, government, and consumer. His previous roles include Senior Vice President and Managing Director for South Asia and Korea, and General Manager for Singapore and Brunei.
Certis Chairman Allen Lew stated that Ng's appointment marks a new chapter for the company, emphasizing his leadership's importance in strengthening Certis' business and culture. Ng expressed his honor and excitement in joining Certis, aiming to build upon its heritage and drive future growth through innovation to create a safer, smarter world.
Beyond his corporate roles, Ng has actively contributed to national initiatives through his involvement in organizations like the Singapore Manufacturing Federation and the Singapore IT Federation. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Western Australia.
