The consolidated results for the financial year ending March 31, 2013 of Nucleus Software Exports have been released, showing a growth in revenue of 4.08% Y-o-Y at Rs.293.76 crore.
Vishnu R. Dusad, CEO & Managing Director, Nucleus Software, said, "FY2012-13 has been a significant year for Nucleus Software. Our customer base in 50 countries and focus on domain-rich expertise has helped sustain the company’s improved performance. Going forward, we will be focussing on consolidating our global leadership position through customer centricity, market penetration and new platform initiatives such as mobility."
The key findings of the results also reveal that the company has received product business revenue for the year at Rs.197.68 crore as compared to Rs.204.99 crore in the last fiscal. As compared to last year’s EBIDTA margin of Rs.35.55 crore, this year the company has achieved it at Rs.45.90 crore. The Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the year were at Rs.13.95 in comparison to Rs.10.91 in the previous year.
Cash and cash equivalents, investments in debt schemes of mutual funds and tax-free PSU bonds are Rs.266.91 crore as on March 31, 2013, as against Rs.196.32 crore as on March 31, 2012. Dividend has been recommended at 30% against 25% in the previous year. The global strength of employees of the company as on March 31, 2013 was 1,503.
The Company achieved consolidated revenue of Rs.73.44 crore from software products and software development services in comparison to Rs.70.07 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
