Rubrik Expands Cyber Recovery Capabilities for Nutanix AHV Users, Enhancing Cyber Resilience

Rubrik has announced that its Rubrik Cyber Recovery capabilities are now available for Nutanix AHV, a secure virtualization platform that supports both virtual machines (VMs) and containers across on-premises and public cloud environments. This new integration allows Nutanix AHV users to confidently test and validate their recovery plans in clean rooms, providing enhanced cyber resilience and accelerating forensic investigations following a cyberattack.

According to the latest Rubrik Zero Labs report, 83% of encrypted data managed by Rubrik is housed within virtualized architectures like Nutanix. While Nutanix AHV offers a strong foundation of security features, including automated threat detection, role-based access control, and micro-segmentation, a multi-layered security approach remains essential to provide holistic protection. Rubrik Cyber Recovery addresses this need by enabling organizations to plan, test, and validate recovery strategies on a regular basis, ensuring they can recover swiftly and effectively in the event of a cyber incident.
