Our products are highly reliable as business will stall if billing system stalls. Based on the criticality of the application, various levels of standardization are available. We offer a minimum one year warranty. I would also like to alert the customers to be aware of the grey products available in the market.

We have already started production of a range of thermal printers which are Energy Star Rated and certified. At the moment, we are the only thermal printer manufacturer in India. We have also set up a “solutions” team which has the expertise to customising hardware as per customer requirements.
