Zoom Video Communications has taken a major leap in its India growth strategy by expanding its cloud-based telephony service—Zoom Phone—to four additional telecom circles: Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. This expansion complements its existing operations in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, increasing its total service presence to six key telecom zones across the country.

Originally launched in October 2024, Zoom Phone introduced Indian businesses to scalable, cloud-driven voice solutions, simplifying communications for remote and hybrid workforces. The latest rollout not only reflects Zoom’s growing investment in India but also positions the company as a serious player in the rapidly evolving VoIP and cloud telephony market.
