Anthropic is rapidly accelerating its global enterprise momentum, reinforcing its position as a leading AI model provider. The company has announced its broadest commercial rollout to date, with large-scale deployments across Microsoft, IBM, Salesforce, Deloitte, and Cognizant. These integrations mark a significant expansion of Claude’s footprint in enterprise productivity, software development, and regulated industries.
Enterprise adoption is led by Anthropic’s largest-ever deployment at Deloitte, where Claude is being rolled out to 470,000 employees worldwide. Cognizant has also emerged as one of Anthropic’s top three customers, deploying Claude across its 350,000-strong workforce. Salesforce has expanded its partnership to enable regulated and data-sensitive industries to use Anthropic models within Agentforce.
At Microsoft, Anthropic’s integration into Office 365 applications—including Word, Excel, and Outlook—as well as Copilot, signals a strategic shift beyond Microsoft’s earlier dependence on OpenAI alone. IBM, meanwhile, has embedded Claude into its software portfolio and AI-first IDE, reporting average productivity gains of 45% while maintaining security and governance standards.
Geographically, Anthropic is seeing strong international traction, with EMEA now its fastest-growing region and new offices opening in Paris, Munich, and Bengaluru, alongside a national education partnership with Iceland. Financially, the company is showing rapid operating leverage, with gross margins projected to rise from –94% in 2024 to 50% this year and 77% by 2028. Annual recurring revenue is expected to exceed $9 billion by the end of 2025 and could reach $20–26 billion in 2026, bringing profitability firmly within reach.
