Cloudflare empowers businesses with integrated Log Explorer for streamlined security monitoring

Cloudflare has announced the general availability of Cloudflare Log Explorer, a new tool aimed at giving businesses real-time visibility into security and performance events directly from the Cloudflare Dashboard. The solution allows users to analyze and monitor log-level data across their entire IT environment without relying on third-party tools.

With Log Explorer, organizations can investigate security incidents, troubleshoot operational issues, and optimize infrastructure performance more efficiently. By providing direct access to detailed log data, Cloudflare eliminates the need for customers to forward logs to external platforms—reducing both cost and complexity for security teams.

Traditionally, businesses have had to integrate multiple external monitoring and storage systems to access critical log data, often involving complicated configurations and additional expenses. Many of these platforms require learning proprietary query languages and managing large volumes of data, which adds operational overhead and slows down response times.

Cloudflare's native log analysis tool simplifies this process by consolidating log visibility within a single interface. The unified view helps security and operations teams retain context when tracking threats, improving their ability to respond quickly and resolve issues without platform switching. The release of Log Explorer reflects Cloudflare’s broader strategy to provide integrated, cost-effective tools that support enterprise security and performance management within its connectivity cloud ecosystem.

Log Explorer has been previewed by over 500 hundred customers, allowing them to investigate issues, act faster and reduce log storage costs–without needing to leave the Cloudflare dashboard. Now, with the general availability, Cloudflare is expanding these capabilities to anyone, allowing business to:
