Infinix showcased a range of next-generation mobile innovations, including always-on satellite communication, advanced liquid cooling technology, and modular AI accessories, signalling a bold push toward redefining smartphone connectivity, performance, and personalization.
At CES Showstoppers 2026, Infinix unveiled a portfolio of breakthrough mobile technologies that underscore its ambition to push the boundaries of smartphone innovation. Guided by its “Joyful Tech, Beyond Limits” philosophy, the brand introduced advancements spanning satellite connectivity, thermal management, gaming performance, design customization, and modular AI ecosystems.
Always-On Satellite Communication Expands Connectivity
One of the key highlights was Infinix’s first global satellite communication solution designed for consumer smartphones. With projected coverage across nearly two-thirds of the Earth’s surface, the solution significantly expands connectivity in remote and low-signal regions. The system supports dual-way high-definition voice calls and short message services with 4kbps transmission, enabling reliable communication beyond traditional cellular networks.
Built on a unified communication architecture, the satellite feature requires no separate registration and seamlessly switches between mobile roaming and satellite connectivity. It also supports both speaker mode and Bluetooth headset calling, ensuring clarity even in challenging environments. Infinix confirmed that the upcoming NOTE 60 Series will be the first smartphone to feature this technology, aligning with the company’s vision for an integrated Space-Air-Ground network and future-ready innovations such as 6G and immersive AI-driven experiences.
HydroFlow Cooling Targets High-Performance Gaming
Infinix also showcased its industry-first HydroFlow Liquid Cooling Architecture, aimed at delivering sustained performance for mobile gaming. The system uses a Dual-Piezoelectric-Ceramic Single-Pump Technology that circulates fluorinated liquid at speeds up to 6.5 ml per minute, doubling the efficiency of conventional active cooling solutions.
Complementing this is the world’s first piezoelectric fan designed for smartphones. Using an ultra-thin vibrating sheet instead of traditional blades, the fan generates high-pressure airflow while operating near-silently. Together, the liquid and air cooling components form an integrated thermal system that enhances stability, reduces heat buildup, and improves user comfort during intensive gaming sessions.
Personalised Design and Modular AI Ecosystem
On the design front, Infinix introduced Active Visual Backplate Technology, enabling dynamic colour shifts, animations, and 3D visual effects without additional power consumption. Smart materials such as thermo-chromatic ink and photochromic leather further allow devices to react to temperature and ambient light, adding a new dimension of personalization.
Rounding out the showcase was the AI ModuVerse ecosystem, a modular platform featuring magnetic accessories such as camera modules, power extensions, audio enhancements, and AI-assisted meeting and content-creation tools. With this modular approach, Infinix aims to extend smartphone capabilities across work, play, and creative use cases.
Through these innovations, Infinix reinforced its commitment to shaping a future where mobile technology delivers seamless connectivity, powerful performance, and expressive design.
