Reliance Jio has expanded its JioHome portfolio with the launch of its new universal Wi-Fi 6 router in India. Dubbed AX6000 WiFi 6 Universal Router, it comes with dual-band support, up to 6000Mbps speed and other features like OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access) and MU-MIMO (Multi-User, Multiple-Input, Multiple-Output).
The router, according to the company, is designed to deliver stable and efficient data transmission, even when multiple devices are connected simultaneously. It also boasts a wide coverage area of up to 2,000 square feet, making it ideal for large households.
A key highlight of the AX6000 is its support for Jio True AI Mesh technology, which enhances network performance by intelligently managing device connections and eliminating dead zones. Additionally, the router includes dual-band connectivity, allowing users to switch between 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies for optimized performance depending on their needs.
In terms of security, the AX6000 comes equipped with WPA3 encryption, offering improved protection against cyber threats and ensuring safe browsing for all connected devices. The router is designed with smart home compatibility in mind, allowing seamless integration with IoT devices for a connected living experience.

Reliance Jio has launched the AX6000 WiFi 6 universal Wi-Fi router at Rs 5,999, and it is available for purchase via the Amazon India website. As the name of the router implies, it is a universal router and works with all internet service providers.
