ShoreTel expands Asian Presence

ShoreTel (SHOR) has opened its Indian office and Transition Systems as its first Indian distributor. The company has signed an agreement to have its solutions distributed in India by Transition Systems. In addition, ShoreTel has appointed Rajiv Sharma as Country Manager - India.
According to Bruce Downing, ShoreTel Managing Director Asia and South Africa, the simplicity of ShoreTel’s architecture and management platform provides a compelling solution for Indian organisations, particularly those with a distributed presence across India.
“Rajiv has tremendous experience in the telecommunications sector in India. He understands the industry very well and the role of the telco vendors in the market. He will be working very closely with Transition Systems’ management to drive a strong channel business for ShoreTel in India,” Downing further remarked.
