Spirent to acquire Metrico
2012-09-08Spirent has entered into an agreement to acquire Metrico, privately held by Dimitrios Topaltzas and others for a cash consideration of $52.0 million. As part of this acquisition, Spirent is committed to support and enhance Metrico's existing portfolio of products and services.
