NODWIN Gaming has announced its acquisition of Trinity Gaming, a prominent player in India’s gaming influencer ecosystem, in a deal valued at Rs 24 crore. With this move, Trinity Gaming becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of NODWIN Gaming, strengthening its position in India’s burgeoning gaming and content creation market.
The acquisition includes a mix of cash and equity shares, with Rs 4.8 crore payable in cash and the remaining Rs 19.2 crore through a stock swap in NODWIN Gaming shares. Post-acquisition, Trinity Gaming’s founders, Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao, will become shareholders in NODWIN Gaming and continue leading the business.
Founded in 2019, Trinity Gaming has rapidly grown into a cornerstone of India’s gaming content landscape. It is the only Gaming Multi-Channel Network (MCN) for YouTube in India and serves as a Creator Service Provider (CSP) for Meta. The company manages over 1,000 gaming creators nationwide and collaborates with global brands like Samsung, Realme, iQOO, and Krafton.
Trinity Gaming’s expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and brand partnerships aligns seamlessly with NODWIN Gaming’s vision. This acquisition also sets the stage for expanding Trinity’s portfolio into emerging markets such as Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East. Additionally, NODWIN will merge its Unpaused Talent business with Trinity, with Trinity’s founders spearheading the unified operations.
