iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro buyers are having a rough time. To date, owners have been hit by iMessage and FaceTime activation problems, CarPlay and data migration bugs, and violently shaking cameras. iPhone 14 is Apple trying to sell you the same old wine in the old bottle but with a new label. A report from Bloomberg claims that the company is backing off plans to increase production for its new iPhone.
The problem rose to prominence on Reddit, and picked up momentum as iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro owners confirmed they are suffering the same issue. All it seems, a buyer has to try his luck, by investing a huge sum in the iPhone 14 devices. However, the iPhone 14 is a very good phone for the money, offering improved cameras, a faster A15 Bionic chip and fun Action mode for video capture.
It's worth remembering that you get more noticeable upgrades with the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max. These include everything that's new in the 14, as well as an upgraded main camera with a larger 48-megapixel sensor, an ultrawide camera that allows you to take Macro photos and a third camera with a telephoto lens. This is not surprising, considering the latest iPhone 14 smartphone is almost the same as the iPhone 13.
The iPhone 14 looks identical to the iPhone 13, but there's a new 6.7-inch model called the iPhone 14 Plus. Under-the-hood improvements include 6GB of RAM, a 5-core GPU, Bluetooth 5.3, and multiple camera updates. Color options have been updated with (PRODUCT)RED, blue, purple, midnight, and starlight. Apple isn’t getting enough sales demand for the new iPhone 14.
According to the research, by Q2 of 2022, most of the phones sold were from five brands: Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo. Across the U.S., Apple continues to dominate the premium smartphone market holding 57% of sales in the segment.
Bank of America downgraded Apple's rating to neutral from the earlier one of ‘buy’. With this, the market share of Apple down by nearly 5% and wiped out roughly $120 billion from the company’s market capitalization today. The day turned ugly for Apple after a rare analyst downgrade by Bank of America exacerbated another wave of selling pressure.
Your iPhone can also hacked. However iPhones are safer than Androids. If your iPhone has been hacked, you might need to factory reset it or get a replacement.
