LTTS is already showing encouraging outcomes with the company’s centres in Bengaluru, Mysore and Mumbai witnessing over 20% women of total strength.Overall, in a landscape where technology adoption is precipitatin capabilities among its existing and future manpower. To help cre employees, LTTS, during the course of 2016, undertook a unique encompassed over 2,000 digital training sessions covering over 1,700 employees.
