A key milestone in this direction has been the launch of our Intelligent Business Process Management Suite, with active, on-demand, and predictive analytics, support for social media interactions, and complex event processing capabilities.
The biggest bottleneck for India to go completely “digital” is its resistance to change. In India, people still perceive technologies like digitization as threats to their own jobs. Power shortage, connectivity and bandwidth issues, and the need for local language support are some other key concerns hindering adoption of digital technologies in India. Efforts from the Government as well as the corporate sector can address these issues, by ensuring internet accessibility, addressing power shortage, and empowering masses by providing local language support and requisite training.
