Bharti Airtel (“Airtel”) has re-launched its flagship customer program - #AirtelThanks. Continuing on Airtel’s strategy of winning with quality customers, the new enhanced program is designed to deliver exclusive rewards.
The new program is tiered in its offering – Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier opens a whole new set of benefits for Airtel customers. The benefits are powered by Airtel’s strong partnerships, which go from premium content brands like Amazon Prime, Netflix and Zee5 to Wynk music, device brands and many more.
Silver tier is an entry to the world of basic content - AirtelTV, Wynk. With Gold, customers get access to many add on telecom benefits, and great value access on premium content or financial services. With Platinum, customers will get VIP service from Airtel, premium content, e-books, device protection, and exclusive invites and priority access to events and sales.
The program is powered by a great app experience, which helps users choose, access and navigate through their benefits in a very simple and user-friendly manner. The app, which has been re-named “Airtel Thanks” uses strong data-science and segmentation algorithms to customize the user experiences, based on user interests and profiles.

Amazon Prime membership with Airtel Prepaid
As part of its #Airtelthanks program, which brings a range of exclusive benefits to its customers, Airtel has also launched a new prepaid bundle at INR 299 to offer 28 days of Amazon Prime membership along with 2.5GB data/day, unlimited calls to any network and 100 SMS/day. Amazon Prime membership is also available with Airtel Infinity Postpaid Plans.
Smartphone customers recharging with the pack will get access to the best of entertainment and shopping: Prime Video, Prime Music, Prime Reading and unlimited free fast shipping on millions of items along with early and exclusive access to deals on Amazon.in. All of this to go with generous daily data quota that truly unlocks the smartphone experience on a world-class mobile network.
Airtel customers with the new prepaid plan, can enjoy unlimited video streaming anytime, anywhere of premium movies and TV shows on Prime Video including the latest and exclusive blockbuster Hollywood, Bollywood and Indian regional movies, top TV shows, stand-up comedies and kids programs. In addition, members can get access to Adfree stream of tens of millions of songs across multiple Indian languages, with unlimited offline downloads and the delight of hands-free music listening with Alexa on Prime Music. Prime membership also offers free fast delivery on millions of items with early access to deals and discounts on Amazon. And with Prime Reading, members can also enjoy reading from a rotating selection of hundreds of Kindle books, comics and more – all at no additional cost.
Similarly, one can enjoy Playlists and Stations specially curated by Amazon’s music editors across moods, activities, genres, artists and decades, by downloading the Amazon Prime Music app and avail shopping benefits by logging in with their Prime account credentials on Amazon.in.
The Amazon Prime membership gets activated through AirtelThanks app. Then access is available Prime Video on all supported devices.
This prepaid bundle is available at all retailers selling recharge, all Airtel Stores and across all online platforms including the AirtelThanks app. Customers can also buy this pack online on Amazon.in and Amazon Pay.
Customers continue to enjoy the Prime membership, as long as they are active on the pack.
