Aspire Systems completes acquisition of Versant Technologies

Aspire Systems has announced the completion of its acquisition of Versant Technologies which carries an in-depth experience and specialization in Oracle Retail and Electronic Data Interchange [EDI] Implementation. This acquisition is expected to enhance Aspire’s existing capabilities for the Retail, Distribution and Consumer Goods vertical, and position Aspire as a leading solutions provider for this vertical.

Versant Technologies’ service offerings complement Aspire’s services, strengthening the ability to offer deep domain expertise and end-to-end solutions for the Retail, Distribution and Consumer Goods vertical.
