AWS India announces Winners of the 2019

Millions of customers including the fastest-growing startups, largest enterprises, and leading government agencies-trust AWS to power their infrastructure, become more agile, and lower costs.
The annual AWS Partner Summit, the APN Partner Awards recognize a wide range of born-in-the cloud, and traditional AWS Consulting and Technology Partners, whose business models have embraced specialization and collaboration over the past year. The APN Partner Awards also recognize APN Partners whose business models continue to evolve and thrive on AWS Cloud as they work with customers, enabling them to build high-performance, scalable, and managed infrastructure while keeping costs under control, and creating superior customer experience.
The APN is a global partner program, focused on helping the tens of thousands of participating APN Partners build successful AWS Cloud-based businesses or solutions by providing business, technical, marketing, and go-to-market support. The APN Program includes independent software vendors (ISVs) and systems integrators (SIs) around the world, with APN Partner participation in India growing significantly during the past 12 months.

Ltd. said the diverse character of the APN Partner Award winners reflected the opportunity provided for APN Partners who were focused on helping customers remove the friction of managing IT infrastructure and set the platform for innovation.

A panel of AWS Cloud experts selected the five winners based on the below criteria:
APN Rising Star of the Year: This is an APN partner, which has gone from zero to hero during the qualifying period.
Sify Technologies Limited: Sify is the winner of the APN Rising Star of the Year award in India. Sify supported customers across industries including financial services, insurance, manufacturing, and startups, as well as use cases ranging from individual workload migrations to large SAP implementations.
APN Consulting Partner of the Year: An APN Consulting Partner who has delivered consistently well through out the period, developed their AWS business, and grown with AWS during 2018.
Umbrella Infocare Pvt. Ltd.: Umbrella Infocare, an APN partner, maintained its track record of solving customers’ operational problems delivering the benefits of AWS Cloud to top-tier organizations, including Kent RO, Dr. Lal Path Labs, Escorts, Comviva, PVR Cinemas, and Vistara Airlines.
APN Technology Partner of the Year: An APN Technology Partner who has leveraged the best of AWS Services, the APN and continued to expand and grow with AWS during 2018.
Freshworks Inc: An Advanced Tier APN Partner, Freshworks deploys innovative AWS services, including Amazon RDS, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon Macie, Amazon Polly, and Amazon Redshift. As India’s first SaaS unicorn, Freshworks serves over 150,000 business customers through an intuitive full-featured user interface that allows strategic services to be implemented easily. Freshworks is also the winner of the APN Technology Partner of the Year award for Asia Pacific.
APN Differentiation Partner of the Year (Consulting Partner): An APN Partner who has gone deep with AWS Cloud in a specific service, industry or competency and delivered results with AWS during 2018.
Minfy Technologies: Specializing in SAP on AWS implementations, Minfy brought meticulous planning and relentless execution rigour to their customers conducting multiple events, workshops, and TCO sessions for customers and building a robust SAP on AWS offering as a result.
APN Innovation Partner of the Year (Technology Focus): This is an APN partner who has developed a differentiated capability on or integrated with AWS, and has launched it to market during the qualifying period.
Capillary Technologies: Capillary Technologies, an industry leading retail ISV, is all-in on AWS, building powerful artificial intelligence and machine learning products for the retail industry. Capillary supports retailers in hyper-personalizing the shopping experience with deep insights about their customers generated through products built on AWS. Capillary is also the winner of the APN Innovation Partner of the Year award for Asia Pacific.
