Marg Skills has appointed Bhanu Pratap Singh, Ex-Commandant, BSF, as a Director of Marg Skills Private Limited. He will drive the business growth of Marg Skills Pvt Ltd and overseeing all geographies where the company has a presence.
Singh has 27 years of experience in leading top executive positions in India and abroad (United Nations Missions). He had held several senior positions at Commanding Units, In-charge of BSF Recruitments and HRD, Admin and Logistics. He had received several awards like Chief Minister’s Award for Weaker Section Welfare, Governor’s Peace Award for bringing Militants in mainstream society, President Police Medal for Gallantry and President Police Medal for Meritorious Services.
Singh has an academic background in M.Sc. (Chemistry), LLB, MBA (HR) and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Management specialising in Quality of work life and its impact on employees' motivation.
Mr. Singh is an excellent trainer. He remained Office Incharge and Chief Instructor/ trainer of Sub Inspectors and Constables 'Basic Training and also incharge of in-service courses.
Marg Skills has trained 25,000 people in the last two years and would train another 3, 00,000 to 4, 00,000 undergraduates & graduates as an accounting and inv professionals in the next three years and would be employed at Marg ERP’S customers to manage Marg inventory, payments and accounting software. This would greatly help Marg ERP to increase its software installations by 3,00,000 in the next three years.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhanu Pratap Singh, Director, Marg Skills Pvt. Ltd. said, “I am delighted to join the company as Director to accelerate the growth of the company.
