New MAXIFY Series Features
The multifunction MAXIFY MB5470 and MB5170, as well as the single-function MAXIFY iB4170 are priced at INR 22,495, INR 16,495 and INR 9995 respectively. The devices pack an arsenal of features and functions to meet the productivity needs of small offices and businesses.

In maximum speed settings, users can expect speeds up to 32.5 pages per minute (ppm) in black-and-white, and 26.5ppm in colour. All three printers support the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), which allows multi-device management and monitoring via popular fleet management applications such as Canon’s imageWARE Enterprise Management Console (iWEMC) and PrintFleet. For smaller installation sizes, individual printers can also be monitored over a local network via their Remote User Interfaces (RUI), accessible from any web browser.
New PIXMA TS Series Features
The PIXMA TS8070 and the PIXMA TS5070 stand out in the Canon PIXMA printer lineup for their array of productivity and direct printing features, as well as an incredibly compact design and stylish appearance.
Equipped with a 6-colour hybrid ink system, the PIXMA TS8070 can achieve the highest quality photos and documents amongst home printers in its class. The printer also supports two new paper sizes: a new 5” x 5” (12.7cmx12.7cm) (square) photo paper for Instagram-style photo printing, and standard business card sizes for easy creation of business cards for small businesses.
The PIXMA TS8070 comes with a new 4.3” (10.8cm) colour touchscreen LCD panel combined with a fully touch-sensitive operation panel (Intelligent Touch System). The printer features a fully-automated operation panel and paper output tray that elevates and extends simultaneously on receiving a print or copy instruction. For greater visibility at different angles, the operation panel supports manual tilt adjustment.
Both printers support the Wireless Direct protocol so that mobile devices can be connected easily without the use of a wireless router. With direct wireless connectivity, users can print from mobile phones and tablet PCs in out-of-home environments such as weddings and parties. The PIXMA TS8070 also supports NFC (Near Field Communications), so NFC-enabled Android OS devices can even print by simply tapping the devices on the operation panel.
PIXMA TS8070 is priced at Rs.17,995 and PIXMA TS5070 is priced at Rs.9,995.

Users can also choose to digitize the document images into PDF or JPEG formats and transfer the images to the PC for archival.
The printer features a new Document Removal Reminder function that reminds users when a document has been left forgotten on the scanner glass after a scan or copy operation.
With the new ID Card Copy feature, users can scan and copy both sides of an ID card easily while retaining the original ID card size.
The PIXMA Ink Efficient G4000 combines the advantages of wireless connectivity with mobile printing, making it easy to communicate with mobile devices such as Apple iPhones, iPads via Apple AirPrint. The Canon Print Service plugin for Android OS offers similar driverless printing functionality for phones and tablets running Android OS. Large ink bottles using Canon genuine inks deliver incredibly high page yields that will satisfy even the most demanding of home and home office users – up to 6,000 pages of black and white documents, and 7,000 pages of colour documents, and all without the need to make repeated ink cartridge replacements.
