Channel partners of GIGABYTE Technology (India) Pvt. Ltd have gone on record about the benefits they are reaping from the company’s Exclusive Service Centres set up in H2 2012.They feel the centres' proximity to regional IT market hubs, ample availability of buffer stock, high-end repair machines backed by skilled engineers, have managed to bring in a novelty to the Indian IT hardware post-sales support scenario - all resulting in immense benefits to them and their businesses.
Irrespective of the regions they operate in, they have witnessed substantial increase in the sale of GIGABYTE motherboards, which, in turn, have also contributed to a corresponding growth in their business as well.
One of GIGABYTE's channel partners, Hasmukh Patel, Modern Technologies, said, "The prime reason for this increase in sales is that selling GIGABYTE motherboards has become far easier now. If the customer is convinced of getting prompt and efficient post-sales support, they are more than willing to invest in the concerned brand," says Hasmukh Patel, of Ahmedabad-based GIGABYTE partner, Modern Technologies. "Over the last few months, selling an increased number of GIGABYTE motherboards through referrals and repeat orders has become a standard experience for us."
