Areas of Expertise: We articulated ourselves as four pillars - design, consult, implement and manage. What a client wants? We could design a security network or do a consultancy based on risk compliance governance for the client. But the advantage with us is we could even implement all projects, which typically the consultants cannot do. But we today, we are one of the biggest security experts in the country, we carry about expertise in about 20-25 technologies, we can actually come and implement any kind of security technology. So that is our advantage. So we can implement plus, we can integrate also. We can integrate many technologies, which is a big win for the client.
Today, when we go to clients, we speak about phase one, phase two, phase three, where we give them a complete story about how they should look at their security posture, what are the product lines they should look at, what are the business cases they should look at based on their own domain and how do they finally get into risk compliance and governance and govern the whole thing. They also know that they have a return on investment on all the product lines they interested in.
We offer the best whatever one can think of in security today. We have done the big projects nationally and internationally. We worked for Defence, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, Banks, Aadhaar Card, SEBI, SBI. In most of the verticals our footprint is there because of the expertise.
Roadmap for 2019: So right now, we are going and pitching to all the clients about how we can make a difference to their security needs, how we can make them feel safe. So we are going and pitching in the four pillars with all the enterprise customers. So my roadmap is to become a Trusted Security Partner for most of the clients. With this, I mean that I own the security posture for that client.
Success Mantra: We have just launched our new campaign, which is called Essen Vision Experience. So what I define in Essen Vision Experience, you have different touch points like how a person talks to you. If you decides to meet my salesperson, so how did they dress up, how did they go, how did they address the problem etc. So these are touch points. This whole thing is called Essen Vision Experience. So that means each and every person in this experience is a part of the Essen Vision culture. This means you be proud to be happy. We are also running a campaign Let's be proud. That is we are proud of our culture, we are proud of our environment.
Each and every employee should enjoy their work. They should feel his existence here, how he is going to deliver and what is it difference he is going to make? Once he defined that, that whole Essen Vision Experience, its fulfilled.
