D-Link announces FY 2012-13 results

D-Link India at a recent board meeting has announced the results of financial year ending 31st March 2013.
According to the key highlights of the financial results for 2012-13, the company has received 58.56 % growth in revenues and 75 % growth in net profits. The revenue was up by 58.56% at Rs. 35,370.22 Lakhs as against Rs. 22,307.06 Lakhs in previous year. On the other hand, the net profit after tax (PAT) was up at Rs. 1,232.50 lakhs as against Rs. 704.14 lakhs in last year.
For the fourth quarter, D-Link recorded a growth of 38.4 % Y-o-Y at Rs. 9,917.65 Lakhs as compared to previous year’s Rs. 7,165.50 Lakhs in Q4.The net PAT went up by 29.74% with Rs. 388.26 lakhs as against 299.25 lakhs in last year’s Q4.
Tushar Sighat, CEO–D-Link (India) said, “Since last 8 quarters we have managed to deliver strong financial results with stupendous growth from Consumer, SMB/SME& Enterprise business. Our steady growth rate can be attributed to some of the key initiative like close association with channel, renewed business approach along with D-Link’s foray into consumer lifestyle space. Moving ahead we shall continue to strengthen our product portfolio in both consumer & enterprise segment, widen our re-seller base through new business model, explore business opportunities through new alliances and also look at generating consistent revenue from different verticals.”
He further added that the company has invested towards enhancing its support infrastructure, to bring upon more business credibility.
