Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has creatively described its journey over the last 10 years till date by choosing the American action series fictional characters ‘Power Rangers’ meme.
The metro operator posted two pictures of the fictional superheroes with the caption, "Beginning of the decade" and "End of the decade."
The first image titled ‘Beginning of the decade’ showed Power Rangers in three colours: red, yellow, blue – to depict three lines; the image depicted that there were only these three metro lines at the beginning of the decade.
The second picture titled ‘End of the decade’ featured more colours, thus showing more lines being added into the journey so far. It signified the immense growth of the metro connectivity in Delhi/NCR as it featured 9 Power Rangers in different colours - yellow, violet, blue, orange, red, magenta, green, grey and pink.
