At the CTIA’s annual MobileCON Conference, Ericsson Experience Manager has won a MobITS award in the Mobile Customer Service Management category. The MobITS awards highlight solutions that help IT professionals manage and leverage mobility for more success, effectiveness and efficiency.
Outstanding customer experience is vital to loyalty and marketplace success, but can be challenging to deliver, especially with traditional network-oriented approaches.
