To recognise its strategic partners advancing the industry, Genesys, organised the APAC Partner conference choosing Phuket as its destination for celebration from 16-18 May. The Genesys Partner Conference 2023 recognised the SaaS partners in the CX industry. The APAC partner awards were presented to the partners for their continued drive towards excellence, commitment to CX, and growth of the Experience-as-a-Service market. There were around 300 delegates participated from the CX industry. Genesys APAC witnessed its cloud revenue grow 50% Y-O-Y during the 2023 fiscal. Its partners drive over 74% of its overall revenue. Since the launch of GC CX in 2021, the cloud has seen consecutive 2-3- digit growth. In APAC, India is the fastest-growing GenesysCloud CX region.
The cloud revenue is up by >500% in FY23 in India, out of which approximately 85% is from partner-related indirect sales. NTT APAC was awarded top honours for ‘APAC Partner of the Year’ while Tata Communications Limited was awarded the India Partner of the Year. The winning partners have consistently shown expertise and industry leadership in their respective markets as they successfully leverage Genesys platforms to enable organisations to deliver personalised, empathetic experiences at scale.
