HCLTech has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati to provide employees enrolled in its early-career development program, TechBee, with opportunities for advanced education in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and related fields. This partnership aims to strengthen the company's talent pipeline by offering valuable educational pathways for career growth.
Under the agreement, eligible HCLTech employees will be granted access to a four-year online Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Data Science and AI. The initiative is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to thrive in the rapidly evolving tech landscape, ultimately preparing them for leadership positions within the company.
Blending education with industry experience
