Is Barun Lala no longer with HPE?

As per a news source, Barun Lala of HPE has stepped down from his position. He was Director of Enterprise Sales at Hewlett Packard Enterprise for India. He was associated with the company for 16 years.

The news source also mentions that Barun’s role at present will be driven directly by Som Satsangi, MD of HPE India.

Barun started his career with HP in 2002 and continued to work with HPE after the company split in HP Inc. and HPE in 2015. He was Director of Channel and Alliances at HPE India after the split for a year over 2015 and 2016. In a major rejig of the roles of senior leaders in India after the company split, Barun was assigned the role of Director of Global Industry Sales and Alliances.

2002, he started his career as a Country Manager for Manufacturing and continued till 2006. During his stint with the company, he held many senior positions and successfully executed them.

Before HP split into HP Inc. and HPE, Barun was leading storage division for the company in India from 2012 to 2015.

He was appointed to lead Enterprise Sales for India region at HPE from November 2017 onwards.
