Jabra launches BIZ 2300 Headsets

Enhancing its product portfolio, Jabra has announced the launch of Jabra BIZ 2300. Completely rethinking the role of the headset, the Jabra BIZ 2300 is a direct response to the changes in contact centres.
With up to 50-per cent better noise cancellation and 20-per cent lighter compared to competition, and mass-deployment ready, the Jabra BIZ2300 beats competition on all key parameters.
Today, contact centres play an increasingly important role as the customer’s first point of contact, and the role of contact centre agents is being redefined as brand ambassadors. For that reason, it is paramount that each call is dealt with as professionally as possible with crystal clear sound, no background noise and quick handling of customers’ needs through the customers preferred channels of communication (i.e. email, chat or phone).

The Jabra BIZ2300 and other Jabra contact centre products are currently available through Jabra’s channel partners. Jabra Biz 2300 is available for Rs.9,565/- onwards (depending on the model variant).
