For a company established in 1999 in NJ, where does it stand today in the global IT scenario? 

Fulcrum Logic is an offshore IT services company and has a strong foundation. We are totally committed to maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. The company took shape with decades of combined experience in the global IT scenario and for over six years we have delivered rapid software solutions to our esteemed clients across the globe. We constantly strive to impart training to our people, improve upon our processes and technologies through rigorous research and development to keep up with the competitive global IT scenario. 

Fulcrum Logic is a US-based company with global headquarters in New Jersey and strategic development centres in California, Europe and India. We distinctly demonstrate a global, yet local approach to work with the clients worldwide.

Fulcrum Logic has been established in three different continents, but what are the core reasons to the success of the offices in each region? 
Fulcrum Logic has successful corporate offices and development centres established across three different continents. The crucial factors in the success of these centres have been the rapid implementation and integration of advanced technologies and the location advantage in each of the regions of establishment. Each centre is strategically located in the IT hub of the continent which offers the best potential for growth and development. 

We greatly value our relations with our clients. We focus on customer satisfaction by adhering to strict delivery schedules and in-budget projects. We also boast of our communication methods which have proven to be a major factor for our effective delivery and communication models within the company and across the globe.

Where does Fulcrum Logic have its development, sales and delivery offices located? Why did you choose to establish a centre in these locations? 
We have established strategic Development Centres and Sales and Delivery offices across the globe. We have set up offices in California (US), Thames Valley (UK), Mumbai and Pune, the commercial and IT hubs of India. We have meticulously chosen these locations to cater to the IT requirements of the hubs and to take advantage of the prevailing infrastructural benefits and the IT talent of the region.

What are the differentiating factors for Fulcrum Logic? 
We have long-term relationships with our partners and clients where we deliver service within budget in the shortest time possible. This is the most crucial factor that differentiates us in the global IT sector. Secondly, our proven and unique methodology and processes that give us the capability to think globally but with the advantage of local availability/opportunities. 

What have been Fulcrum Logic’s most significant achievements in the past seven years? 
Over the years, we have grown into a million dollar company with a current talent pool of over 350 skilled professionals serving the IT industry with highly innovative business solutions, ideal for our esteemed clientele. I would like to highlight a few of our major milestones that have led to our current position in the global IT sector today. They are:

What are the factors which influence Fulcrum Logic’s current position in the IT sector across the globe?
At Fulcrum Logic, we continually strive to perfect our processes which result in efficient and effective operations. Our delivery models are unique that cater to client’s individual needs offering onsite-offshore, onsite-offsite, etc. models to suit the client’s requirements.

What are Fulcrum Logic’s plans for growth in the next four–five years?
Fulcrum Logic has been allotted land by the MIDC for IT development in the IT hub of Pune at Hinjewadi. This land is being utilized to develop Fulcrum Logic’s own campus which will accommodate around 3,000 skilled professionals. It will be fully equipped with modern recreation facilities. This project will begin within the next three months. We are also planning to expand our India operations into the other IT hubs such as Bangalore, the Silicon Valley of India, and Chennai, another potential IT hub of India. This project is in its initial planning stage and we plan to begin operations within the next six months. Other than India, we plan to expand our staff strength to over 4,000 professionals across the globe in our development centres. We also plan to branch out into the European IT sector through our Regional Headquarters in Reading (UK).
