NetApp, a global leader in data infrastructure, announced the graduation of eight innovative startups from the 13th cohort of its flagship accelerator program, NetApp Excellerator. The program, which is designed to foster innovation and support deep-tech entrepreneurs, focused this cohort on artificial intelligence (AI), bringing together startups from across the globe to tackle some of the most pressing challenges in technology today.
The eight graduating startups—LEGO AI, Calibr, Pipeshift (formerly Xylem AI), CLIKA, BetterData, Syntonym, Enkrypt AI, and Portkey—presented their cutting-edge solutions during a Demo Day event. The event brought together an influential audience, including investors, industry leaders, mentors, and senior NetApp executives. Each startup showcased its advancements in areas such as analytics, edtech, AI infrastructure, MLOps, synthetic data, and large language model (LLM) safety benchmarking.
“In Cohort 13, our focus was completely on AI. We always go with deep tech, but we were very specific on what we wanted to target this time – which is AI,” said Vasanthi Ramesh, Managing Director and Vice President of Engineering, NetApp India.
These startups are not only pushing the boundaries of AI innovation but are also addressing critical challenges such as scalability, optimization, and security. Their solutions are enabling organizations to confidently adopt generative AI (GenAI) technologies, which have become a transformative force across industries.
As these startups embark on the next phase of their journey, NetApp’s commitment to nurturing innovation remains steadfast. By supporting deep-tech startups and driving advancements in AI, NetApp is not just enabling new technologies but also shaping the future of industries worldwide.
