Nokia launches Nokia G21 in India
HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones, has launched Nokia G21, the company’s latest budget smartphone launched for under Rs 15,000 in India.
The Nokia G21 is a stock Android, having a triple-camera setup of 50MP main camera sensor along with a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video chats, the Nokia G21 comes with an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front.
The smartphone features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD with an HD+ resolution and has a 90Hz refresh rate support. The phone is powered by the Unisoc T606 SoC chipset and comes with up to 6GB RAM. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light, and a proximity sensor. The phone also includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Nokia G21 offers a 5050 mAh 3-day battery life on a single charge that supports 18W charging. The phone comes with a 10W charger in the box, so customers have to buy a separate 18W charging adapter. The phone runs Android 11.
The base 4GB RAM option comes with 64GB of internal storage priced at Rs 12,999 and a 6GB + 128GB storage option priced at Rs 14,999. Both of the storage options can be expanded to another 512GB external storage via a microSD card.
