OPPO has announced the availability of two newest additions to its A-series – the OPPO A77s at INR 17,999 and the OPPO A17 at INR 12,499, across online and mainline retail outlets.
OPPO A77s
The OPPO A77s features a segment-first fibreglass-leather design and packs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 4G SoC. The device boasts of RAM expansion where up to 5GB of ROM space can be added to 8GB RAM for faster processing. Further, the display's 90Hz refresh rate ensures that users enjoy a smoother experience.
The device features 5000mAh long-lasting battery with a 33W SUPERVOOCTM flash charge that juices the handset to 100% in just 71 minutes. A full charge lasts over 17.5 hours of video streaming or up to 14 days in standby.
On the camera front, the device sports a 50MP AI dual camera and OPPO's Bokeh Flair portrait mode that provides the perfect amount of focus and blur for portraits.
The device comes with dual Ultra-Linear stereo speaker and Dirac's automatic audio optimisation technology, which suppresses harsh sounds to provide an optimal stereo listening experience.
For durability, the device undergoes more than 130 ultra-rigorous reliability tests and more than 320 comprehensive quality tests.
OPPO A17
The device features a leather feel design made from a composite processing technique that makes the smartphone feel premium. The inner texture of the back cover is embossed with light leather grain, while the outer layer is covered with UV coating to make the device dust resistant and durable. It comes with a 50MP AI Camera and a 5MP front camera.
With OPPO’s RAM Expansion technology, the phone’s processing memory can be expanded by up to 4GB to allow the device to run multiple applications simultaneously. The handset is powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 and a large 5000mAh battery providing up to 20 hours of average video viewing or 21 hours of phone calls on a full charge.
A77s will come in two colours – Sunset Orange & Starry Black and will be available from 7th October. A17, available in Sunlight Orange & Midnight Black, went on sale on 1st October.
