It is reported that the Tata Group may soon announce an AI partnership with U.S. chip firm Nvidia.
Meanwhile, Reliance and Nvidia said they have formed a partnership to create AI language models and generative apps for millions of telecom users of the Indian company.
The collaboration aims to accelerate India's artificial intelligence and semiconductor chip ambitions. It will also help in developing an indigenous foundation large language model trained on the nation's diverse languages and tailored for generative Al applications.
As part of the collaboration, NVIDIA will provide Jio with end-to-end AI supercomputer technologies including CPU, GPU, networking, and AI operating systems and frameworks for building the most advanced AI models. Jio will manage and maintain the AI cloud infrastructure and oversee customer engagement and access.
