The pandemic has proven wrong about the whole world’s perceptions
Our core competency is our pre sales capabilities with technical strength and backed by an experienced project management team. These two makes the major difference for any organization as we would be able to understand the requirement properly and approach would be solution centric and not product specific, the technical team with the right skills will be able to implement the solution with the best practices to address the business needs of our customers. Whatever the best solution might be, if we don’t deliver a project on time, it will be of no use. Our experienced project management team collaborates with the teams internally and externally to deliver the same on time and at the same time cost effectively.
Challenges in getting new and innovative enterprise applications
· One is about the competency of the technical team of ours and the OEM too. As most of the new products are acquired ones for the OEM and it is all new for them too and doesn’t have hands-on experience for the SE’s too.
· There are many products in the market and each of the features or use cases, but the requirement from the customers can be achieved by collaborating multiple products which is becoming a challenge.
Digital technologies are rewriting the business landscape
This pandemic has proven wrong about the perceptions the whole world was having. Take DT as an example the 80% of the support calls used to be onsite before the pandemic started, now 90% of the calls are being managed remotely which is a huge shift. We were insisting or were trying to educate customers that remote support would bring down the response and resolution time for most of the calls, but it was not accepted. Now this has changed and fortunately we were equipped with all the tools and processes to deliver the same level of support remotely.
Success mantra on delivering on a digital future
We are very clear until unless our team has complete knowledge and hands on experience of the product we choose, we will not take the solution to the market. I think this is a major success factor in delivering to our customers.
