URBN has expanded its charging solutions portfolio with the launch of the 200W 6-Port GaN Power Hub, a high-capacity desktop charger designed to meet the growing demand for multi-device charging in hybrid workspaces, entertainment setups and mobile lifestyles.
Powered by Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology, the new charging hub delivers a combined output of 200W through six charging ports, enabling users to simultaneously power laptops, smartphones, tablets, wearables and other connected devices from a single compact unit. The launch reflects the increasing shift towards consolidated charging solutions as consumers rely on multiple gadgets throughout the day.
According to the company, the new device is aimed at reducing cable clutter while replacing several individual chargers with one central charging station suitable for homes, offices, gaming setups and travel.
Six-port charging with intelligent power management
The Power Hub features six charging ports that automatically distribute power across connected devices to maximise charging efficiency. A single USB-C port can deliver up to 100W of power, while USB-A ports support output of up to 18W. Intelligent power allocation dynamically adjusts output when multiple devices are connected, ensuring stable and efficient charging performance.
URBN has also incorporated advanced thermal management and a 12-layer circuit protection system to improve safety during high-power operation. The company says these features help regulate heat while protecting connected devices from common electrical risks associated with fast charging.
Designed for flexibility, the hub includes a detachable mounting bracket that supports both horizontal and vertical installation. A detachable 1.5-metre power cable allows users to position the charger conveniently across desks, workstations or bedside tables.
The charger supports multiple fast-charging standards and is compatible with a wide range of devices, including laptops, smartphones, tablets, earbuds, smartwatches and handheld gaming consoles. It also offers cross-platform compatibility with products from brands such as Apple, Samsung, Google and other major manufacturers.
