Just a week after the iPhone 16 series was launched in the market, users started facing some issues with the flagship device, iPhone 16 Pro. The iPhone 16 Pro stands out for its A18 Pro chipset, enhanced camera features, and a larger battery.
User complaints suggest that many smartphone owners are experiencing recurrent difficulties with their device's touchscreen, including delayed responses and unregistered taps.
According to the report, users are experiencing delays in screen responses and unregistered taps, which is affecting their overall experience with the device.
The issue appears to be stemming from a software bug, rather than a hardware fault. It may also be likely that the iPhone’s ultra-slim screen bezels may be contributing to the issue.
Additionally, the iPhone 16 Pro’s thinner screen bezels increase the likelihood of accidental contact with the edges of the display, which could be contributing to the issue.
The problem is present on devices running iOS 18 and the iOS 18.1 beta. Fortunately, many believe that the issue can likely be addressed through a future software update, though Apple has not yet officially commented on the matter.
In the meantime, users can monitor Apple’s announcements for updates regarding the resolution of these issues.
