Global consulting firm Accenture has made a strategic investment in WEVO, an AI-powered customer research platform that enables companies to test and validate product concepts and user experiences before launch. The deal, led by Accenture Ventures, integrates WEVO into Accenture Song’s GrowthOS platform—designed to help businesses quickly transform customer needs into scalable revenue.
WEVO combines generative-AI simulations with real-user feedback to produce behavioral insights in hours rather than weeks, allowing organizations to assess value propositions, design concepts, and digital experiences with greater confidence.
With customer expectations evolving rapidly—three in four customers reportedly want faster responses—businesses can no longer rely on lengthy cycles or guesswork. WEVO helps close that gap by providing evidence-based decision support for launch and go-to-market choices.
The fresh funding will accelerate WEVO’s platform development and help it scale globally, while giving Accenture’s clients access to a mature, enterprise-grade tool for user research and experience design.
