In a landmark $1.56 billion deal, Coforge has partnered with Sabre, a leading US-based travel technology company, to accelerate product development and launch AI-powered solutions. The 13-year agreement, expected to generate $120 million in annual revenue, is the largest contract in Coforge’s history.
Describing the agreement as a major milestone, Sudhir Singh, CEO and Executive Director of Coforge, emphasized that the deal highlights mutual trust and engineering excellence between the two companies. He noted that the partnership underscores Coforge’s commitment to innovation and digital transformation.
The deal comes at a time when large IT service providers are witnessing smaller contract sizes and shorter timelines from clients. Coforge’s ability to secure such a high-value, long-term contract demonstrates its strong market positioning and capabilities in delivering cutting-edge AI solutions.
Kurt Ekert, CEO and President of Sabre, stated that the company is well-positioned to develop next-generation travel technology solutions, and Coforge’s expertise will play a crucial role in expediting this transformation.
This strategic collaboration marks a significant step for both companies, reinforcing the growing importance of AI-driven innovation in the global travel technology sector.
