Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has announced the appointment of Gopalswamy Srinivasan as Country Leader – Partner Ecosystem Alliances, HPE India, marking a significant leadership transition in its India operations. In his new role, Srinivasan will provide strategic leadership and direction to strengthen HPE’s business expansion across indirect routes to market, a critical growth engine for the company.
Srinivasan brings deep experience in channel strategy, ecosystem development, and partner-led growth. He will work closely with HPE’s extensive partner network to drive innovation, accelerate market reach, and enable partners to deliver integrated solutions across cloud, AI, data, and edge technologies. His appointment underscores HPE’s continued focus on a partner-first strategy to address evolving enterprise and public sector demands in India.
The transition follows the retirement of Amir Warsi, who concludes an illustrious 28-year journey with HPE, having joined the company in September 1997. Over nearly three decades, Warsi played a pivotal role in shaping HPE’s partner ecosystem in India, building strong relationships, driving trust, and positioning partners as a core pillar of HPE’s growth story.
As HPE navigates a rapidly changing technology landscape, Srinivasan’s leadership, combined with the strong foundation laid by Warsi, is expected to further reinforce HPE’s market leadership and partner-led momentum in India.
